Losing Track of Time

Pacific Spirit Regional Park - Salish Trail
I'm always in a hurry. I speak quickly, I walk like the wind. However, when you're lost in a forest, time is irrelevant. You can run as fast as you can, but if you don't know where you're headed, it doesn't matter.
A couple days ago, I went bird watching by UBC and decided to take a path that I had never been through. I'm so glad I did. I was pressed for time, but I was not in a hurry to leave. This place could be my heaven.

So maybe it's a good thing to get lost once in a little while. It seems like the only way to make Time stop.
